Account Supervisor

FOVNDRY seeks a seasoned Account Supervisor to join our N. Bethesda (Rockville), MD team. This is a hybrid in-person/remote position. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading integrated marketing + creative services projects and accounts in a cross-departmental agency environment; is well-versed in the development and tactical application of marketing strategies across a suite of print and digital media; and is looking to truly contribute to, mentor, and grow with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Build relationships and trust with existing client contacts to meet and exceed ongoing contract deliverables and overall expectations Project manage day-to-day efforts in support of assigned accounts Lead/co-lead internal planning meetings, brainstorm sessions, and the development of integrated communications strategies Lead/co-lead client immersion sessions and strategic, external planning meetings Work with cross-functional teams to develop client collateral in support of branding and marketing initiatives across paid and organic print and digital platforms Plan, track, and manage project and client budgets and timelines, with the ability to identify issues quickly and effectively, and course correct as needed Analyze, report, and present effectiveness/performance of integrated marketing campaigns and efforts Mentor and empower teammates, elevating work developed by team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment Continually seek training and education in new skills and tools related to your work

QUALIFICATIONS: 7–8 years of experience in an agency setting 1+ years of experience in a staff-management position BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, discipline with a strong writing foundation A strong understanding of the integrated relationship between marketing tactics and channels and an analytical approach to optimization Experience using agency platforms for timekeeping, project management, etc. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), relationship-building skills, and attention to detail Ability to prioritize, be accountable in meeting deadlines, and possess a willingness to take ownership
