E-Commerce Manager Hybrid | Hood River, OR

Windance is one of the top surf shops in the U.S., and we’re looking for a proactive E-Commerce Manager

to take our online store to the next level. This role combines website operations, digital marketing, data analysis, and tech troubleshooting to drive growth and deliver a seamless online experience.

What You’ll Do Manage Shopify product listings, pricing, content, and inventory Optimize SEO, UX/UI, and PPC campaigns for sales growth Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities Solve tech challenges, manage integrations, and streamline systems Collaborate with contractors, influencers, and staff to execute strategy

What We’re Looking For 5+ years e-commerce experience (Shopify/B2C preferred) Strong Excel + data skills (SQL/Python/R a plus) Familiar with Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, Lightspeed Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Bachelor’s degree + strong communication skills Windsports experience (or willingness to learn!)
