5+ years of pharmacy experience

to join our team as a

Specialty Pharmacy Manager . This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable leader with a background in specialty or clinical pharmacy (preferred over retail). As a Specialty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll play a key role in: Overseeing safe and effective medication management Collaborating with medical teams and healthcare professionals Leading formulary and medication safety initiatives Providing mentorship to pharmacy staff, students, and residents Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with best practices What We’re Looking For ✅

Must-Have:

Licensed Pharmacist with 5+ years of experience ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✅ Motivated and flexible, with a passion for patient care ✅ Previous specialty pharmacy or hospital pharmacy experience (preferred) Key Responsibilities Provide clinical consultation and guidance on drug therapy Lead staff education, training, and development Review and manage medication orders, safety, and formulary processes Oversee pharmacy students and residents through mentorship Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
