About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Unit Administrator to lead our dialysis program. This is a full-time healthcare administration role requiring strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to patient care. The ideal candidate will be an RN or nurse with dialysis experience who can manage operations and ensure compliance with all standards.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily dialysis unit operations, ensuring smooth workflows and patient safety Provide leadership in healthcare administration, scheduling, and staff management Supervise and mentor nurses, RNs, and clinical staff within the dialysis unit Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, and dialysis regulatory standards Manage budgets, supplies, and resources effectively Act as the main administrator and liaison between staff, patients, and senior leadership

Qualifications New York State RN license is required 3+ years of dialysis unit management or healthcare administration experience Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Knowledge of dialysis treatment standards and patient care protocols
