Position Summary
As a Warehouse Maintenance Technician II, you will independently perform maintenance and repair tasks on automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will troubleshoot moderately complex issues, assist in training Technician I staff, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures.
Independently maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related equipment.
Perform and document preventative maintenance procedures.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, and solenoids.
Create and close out work orders in the CMMS system, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
Foster positive working relationships across SHEIN Operations facilities.
Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Job Requirements
Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields or equivalent technical certification; or 1+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems.
1+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
1+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking.
Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance with OEM guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Experience coordinating maintenance activities with stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Safety) is a plus.
