Position Description
We’re hiring an
Account Executive
for the
Los Angeles
market to bring Circadia’s revolutionary technology to more senior living and skilled nursing facilities. You’ll be the face of Circadia in your territory, visiting prospective customers, building relationships with decision-makers, and showing them how we can help them improve patient care and grow their census.
You’ll be our boots on the ground in a market. You’re expected to deeply understand the local nursing home landscape and own the customer relationships you develop. You’ll move fast, run experiments, and report back insights to the broader team to help us scale what works. This is a rare opportunity to not just sell, but shape how we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new SNF accounts - systems and individual facilities - typically with clinical, nursing and facility leadership
Build a deep understanding of your customer targets including their business and clinical goals, issues and needs at all levels - personal, facility and system
Visit corporate offices and nursing homes in person to pitch Circadia’s value proposition and win them as loyal and passionate customers
Customize your sales approach and pitch based on what you learn in the field
Think like a business owner for your market and work with sales leadership to create a growth plan, achieve and exceed sales targets, and take extreme ownership over your results
Move fast, test creative tactics and iterate your approach to accelerate progress
Keep clean records in our CRM, and share learnings and insights with sales leadership in writing so others can benefit from your insights
Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant field
Successful track record of at least two years full-cycle, quota-carrying sales in healthcare technology
Specific experience and contacts in skilled nursing and post acute a plus
Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling with a track record of closing deals with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) at the facility and parent company levels
Energized by the idea of field sales - you like knocking on doors, talking to people, building trusted relationships, and closing deals
Comfortable driving and spending most of your time visiting customers across a city or region. We expect you to be in the field 3-4 days per week
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a remote sales environment
Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and adapt quickly when the playbook changes
Are naturally curious, love solving problems, and aren’t afraid to hear “no”
Communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and take full ownership of your work
