We are growing — and we’re looking for an experienced

Lead Care Coordinator

to join our team. This role is central to ensuring caregivers (Home Attendants) and clients are matched seamlessly, schedules run smoothly, and compliance and payroll processes are supported.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily scheduling and coordination of Home Attendants to meet client needs. Be the go-to problem solver for scheduling issues, coverage challenges, and last-minute adjustments. Recruit and onboard top caregiving talent to grow our team. Ensure caregiver files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards. Match Home Attendants with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences. Collaborate closely with the HR/Billing Director to support payroll and compliance. Maintain organized client and caregiver documentation. Assist with administrative duties to support smooth daily operations. Take ownership of leadership responsibilities as the role grows.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience

in homecare coordination, healthcare scheduling, or HR administration. Proven success recruiting and managing caregiving staff. Strong organizational and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (or ability to learn quickly). Commitment to excellence, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Must pass a clean criminal background check and provide at least 2 professional references.
