Parttime Sales Associate

We are looking for a bright, sales-driven Retail Store Associate to join our new Carolina K Flagship in Miami Design District. Our company culture is extremely collaborative so we need someone that is bubbly, outgoing, creative, has a great personality, and understands this is a front-facing client role.

In this dynamic role, you will be expected to drive sales and build a clientele; ensure exceptional customer service; upkeep of window display; and implement and maintain systems to keep the store functioning efficiently. This role has a lot of room for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties Ensure customer service levels are met and exceeded Understand and enhance the customer’s experience through effective communication and selling culture Support in setting and maintaining visual merchandising expectations to brand standards Help manage inventory and stock replenishment Keep store organized and neat Establish a local and guests client book Act as a stylist for the customer Assist in the planning of events and special projects at the boutique Assist in the content creation for social media for the store – Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Qualifications and Skills Must have a minimum of 1-2 year retail experience Excellent leadership and people skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable and confident in making effective decisions in a timely manner Must be able to pack, unpack, and move stock with an approximate weight of up to 20 pounds when supporting in receiving/stocking store functions Ability to work a flexible schedule and weekend availability required Must be able to convey the Carolina K brand image to customers Bilinqual (English + Spanish) a plus!
