Operations Associate

to join our team and help keep our day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves structure, and enjoys being part of a small, hands-on team. You’ll touch nearly every part of our operational flow—from fulfillment to returns to inventory coordination—and play a critical role in delivering an elevated client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Order Fulfillment:

Carefully package and prepare customer orders with an eye for detail and presentation Shipping & Logistics:

Generate shipping labels, track deliveries, and troubleshoot shipping issues Returns:

Process customer returns, inspect items, and manage restocking or internal review Inventory Support:

Help track and manage inventory across departments CX Assistance:

Occasionally assist with customer follow-ups or inquiries Operational Flexibility:

Support cataloging and intake during peak periods

Who You Are: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Reliable, thorough, and comfortable managing day-to-day tasks independently Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities Clear communicator and team player Experience in operations, shipping, fulfillment, or logistics is a plus Interest in jewelry, design, or luxury retail is a bonus (not required)

Details: Full-time, in-person (Monday–Friday) Based in Marblehead, MA Salary: $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience
