2 years of experience

with electronic medical records (EMR);

NextGen experience is a strong plus . Proven skills in customer service, with a focus on professionalism and empathy. Familiarity with medical business office functions, including insurance verification and benefit navigation. A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to growth, leadership development, and excellence in patient care.
