We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced PA to join our team to help us deliver exceptional physical medicine and rehabilitation services at various nursing homes.

The PA will provide comprehensive medical and rehabilitation care to residents, collaborating with our medical team to ensure the best health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric care, physical medicine, or rehabilitation, along with excellent communication and patient management skills.

Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans - Prescribe medications and therapies as per healthcare regulations - Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Provide education and counseling to residents and their families - Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations

Qualifications - Current PA license in Texas - Valid DEA certification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-focused approach
