Position Summary Deliver efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy care through individualized treatment plans. This includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, patient education, home exercise programming, and progress communication to help patients achieve their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction Demonstrate efficient clinical operations and time management Be receptive to mentoring and training processes Uphold a professional image aligned with company values Understand and meet regulatory and compliance standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams effectively Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and care delivery Make sound decisions when appropriate Utilize relevant clinical software and computer applications Successfully pass a background check and potential drug screening Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy Current, active, unencumbered license to practice in the state of Virginia Open to candidates with pending licensure or those taking the board exam within the next six months Outpatient and/or private practice physical therapy experience preferred Full understanding of the State Practice Act(s) and compliance requirements

License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required)
