About the Role Cornerstone Staffing is seeking an experienced

Senior Business Systems Analyst

with a strong background in healthcare provider systems (hospitals and clinics). This role focuses on

EMR implementations

(Epic, Athena, Cerner) and integration of 3rd-party healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting project implementations across ancillary areas such as

Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology . Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders in hospitals and clinics. Support

Epic modules

and other EMR-related projects. Assist in implementing and integrating 3rd-party applications (Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank, etc.). Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, process flows, status reports, agendas, and meeting minutes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementations. Qualifications 3+ years of experience

as a Business Systems Analyst in healthcare provider settings (hospital/clinic). Strong background in

EMR implementations

(Epic, Athena, Cerner preferred). Familiarity with ancillary systems and departmental applications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
