Technical Skills:

Extensive benefits management and operations experience in employee-facing roles, ideally within self-insured organizations. Strong proficiency in managing benefits inquiries, ticketing systems, and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration. Skilled in using ticketing/email systems to track and resolve inquiries; Workday Benefits experience preferred. Partner with benefits teams, vendors, and internal staff to ensure accurate data management, timely vendor updates, and bill reconciliation. Lead benefits orientations and support open enrollment, delivering a seamless and efficient employee experience.
