Production Manager

to lead our manufacturing operations across 3 shifts. In this role, you’ll oversee supervisors and operators while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and support production supervisors and operators across multiple shifts. Maintain consistent performance and accountability across all shifts. Oversee production scheduling to achieve on-time delivery and meet quality targets. Monitor KPIs such as productivity, yield, downtime, and labor efficiency. Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage material flow, inventory accuracy, and purchasing to prevent shortages. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a safe work environment and ensure adherence to SOPs and training programs. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Report regularly on production performance to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of production management experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated manufacturing. Proven success managing multiple shifts and supervisors. Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP compliance. Hands-on experience with production scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and materials management. Leadership style that’s collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented. Why Join Us?
