The Role

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint a Private Family Solicitor (2PQE+) to join their fantastic Family team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Legal 500 recommended Partner, with access to HNW family matters.

You will advise on a range of matters including:

• Family Law
• Divorce and Separation (HNW)
• Child Arrangements
• Children Disputes
• Cohabitation Agreements
• Collaborative Law
• Financial Provision for Children
• Financial Arrangements
• Injunctions and Occupation Orders
• Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
• Relocation of Children
• Separation Agreements
• Special Guardianship Orders
• Unmarried Couples
• Cases with a Foreign Element

You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, with access to excellent mentoring and genuine opportunities for progression.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales (2PQE+)
• Experience running your own files, including financial management.
• A client-focused, personable approach with excellent empathy/communication skills.
