Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Rate: £14.25 per hour (PAYE)
Contract: 3-Month Rolling
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or other shifts available

About the Role

We're looking for a Configuration Engineer to join our growing Configuration Department. In this role, you'll deliver accurate and efficient IT configuration services, working on a variety of systems and projects. Full training will be provided for bespoke in-house systems.

What You'll Do

• Install and configure software within existing IT infrastructures
• Build and configure systems following detailed scripts
• Perform manual data input (25–50% of the role) using spreadsheets
• Consolidate consignments for distribution
• Box/unbox IT equipment and support pallet movement
• Communicate progress and delays proactively
• Work to meet SLA targets and productivity goals

What We're Looking For

? Background in IT or technical support
? Data input experience with excellent attention to detail
? Flexible and adaptable approach
? Reliable team player with great time management
? Knowledge of IT components and hardware
