Within the Tribe Growth, we work with data and customer insights to tailor our services to what customers truly need. We are building intelligent solutions that contribute to customer value and lower the cost-to-serve, with a focus on the GenAI chatbot channel. Responsibilities

Analyseer je gebruikersgedrag om meer inzicht te krijgen hoe gebruikers omgaan met de chatbot en waar ze vastlopen. Bouw je rapportages (Cognos, PowerBI) om de prestaties van de chatbot te meten en deel inzichten en aanbevelingen met het team en stakeholders. Meet je de impact van de chatbot op KPI’s zoals klanttevredenheid en kostenbesparingen. Zet je A/B-experimenten op om verschillende versies van de chatbot te vergelijken. Qualifications

Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend. Je hebt een master op het gebied van analytics, wiskunde of econometrie. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Analytics. Je bent zeer ervaren in het maken van (complexe) SQL-queries. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met data extractie en wrangling en kunt data-pipelines bouwen. Je hebt ervaring met dashboarding (in Cognos of PowerBI), visualisatie en data storytelling. Ervaring met Gen-AI in een professionele setting is een pré. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, leert graag snel en past nieuwe technieken toe. Je bent klantgericht en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende types stakeholders. Je vraagt actief om hulp en feedback en durft feedback te geven. What we offer

You will be working for the Assisted Channels NL Area, in a dynamic environment with thousands of customers and employees using our services daily. What will you do? As a Data Analyst, you analyze user behavior to gain insight into how users interact with the chatbot, measure performance, and run experiments.
