Senior Director Communications – PVH EMEA , you will lead strategic communication plans across the region, support executive leadership, and oversee initiatives that strengthen internal and external engagement. You will ensure consistent messaging across EMEA markets and alignment with PVH’s global communications and company strategy. Reporting to PVH’s Chief Communications Officer and PVH EMEA CEO, you will partner with the EVP of HR and regional leaders as a key member of PVH’s Global Communications Team. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications Planning: Develop and lead EMEA-wide internal and external communication plans aligned with business priorities and executive direction. Executive Support: Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership, including the CEO, shaping high-impact communication strategies. Content & Channel Management: Drive EMEA content strategy and messaging across internal and external channels, ensuring alignment with the corporate narrative. Internal Communications: Manage the annual internal communications calendar and coordinate regional associate communications and brand activation. Corporate Communications: Oversee external communications, including press releases, media inquiries, and reputation management with global partners. Crisis & Change Communication: Lead crisis communications and change management with global collaboration to protect brand reputation. Data & Insights: Track metrics (sentiment, reach, engagement) and report insights in executive-ready formats. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the EMEA Communications team in delivering aligned initiatives across brands and markets. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across EMEA markets, brands, and global functions to ensure consistent narratives. Engagement & Reach: Achieve or exceed reach benchmarks for campaigns and communications. Feedback & Sentiment: Monitor employee sentiment in response to initiatives. Leadership Visibility: Maintain regular executive communication touchpoints and internal leadership visibility. Response Time (Crisis/Issues): Meet internal SLAs for crisis response with high satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate

12+ years of related experience with proven leadership; crisis management experience is essential. Strong business acumen in retail, apparel, or consumer industries; ability to connect business goals with communications strategies. Data-driven with understanding of earned media, social media, and measurement. Extensive content creation experience for internal and external communications with strong messaging and narratives. Experience building relationships in a matrixed global environment and managing senior stakeholders. Willingness to work across time zones for alignment and execution. Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications or related field. Benefits & Wellbeing
