You’ll manage sourcing and supplier performance across a range of indirect categories – from Professional Services and IT to HR and other commercial areas. Day to day, you will: Lead end-to-end sourcing projects that drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to secure the best commercial outcomes. Analyse spend data to identify opportunities for added value and innovation. Build strong cross-functional relationships to align procurement with wider business goals. Promote best practice and continuous improvement across indirect procurement. What you’ll bring

Proven

indirect procurement experience

across multiple categories. Strong

commercial acumen

and understanding of cost/value levers. Demonstrated

strategic sourcing

and

contract negotiation

skills. Evidence of

cost-saving achievements

and measurable impact in prior roles. Excellent

stakeholder management

and communication skills. Someone who

thrives in a fast-paced, complex, matrix-style organisation , leads, takes ownership and delivers results, and remains effective in a

hectic or ambiguous environment . Experience within FMCG or another fast-moving global business would be an advantage. No sponsorship or relocation offered.
