Search Consultant at HyperGrowth | Hiring Scale Up Teams for eCom Brands
Location: Remote-first in the Netherlands (Dutch language skills preferred)
Salary: €60,000 per annum
Reports to: Founder
At ALUA, we’re building one of Europe’s most exciting D2C brands. We’re looking for a Head of Growth who lives and breathes creative strategy: someone who can turn cultural insight into scroll-stopping ideas, shape our brand voice, and build a testing engine that turns winning creative into revenue.
This isn’t a corporate 9-5. We want an idea machine with the taste of someone who’s constantly spotting trends, crafting narratives, and translating them into ads, content, landing experiences, and community moments that people actually care about. You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team to own our creative growth engine - from concept to scale, acquisition to retention.
What you’ll be doing
Creative leadership - Build the creative strategy across paid social, organic, and content. Set the bar for concepts, scripts, hooks, formats, and visual language.
Acquisition via ideas - Partner with our media buying agency (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest) to translate insights into thumb-stopping ads and iterate weekly based on performance.
UGC & creator programs - Source, brief, and coach creators. Spin up UGC pipelines, ambassador initiatives, and partnerships that feel native to platform culture.
Retention with storytelling - Evolve email/SMS and loyalty with narrative arcs, seasonal drops, and community moments that deepen affinity and LTV.
Brand voice & positioning - Keep a tight pulse on eCom culture, youth trends, and category movements. Sharpen ALUA’s point of view and ensure it shows up consistently.
Light analytics & reporting - Own the creative scorecard (hooks, formats, angles, CPA/LTV impact). Turn insights into next week’s briefs.
Team & collaboration - Lead and mentor a small team (designer, developer, performance exec) and work closely with product, brand, and ops.
What we’re looking for
Proven D2C impact - You’ve helped take a brand from 0-1 or 1-100 with creative moves
Creative-first, hands-on - You can write a hook, sketch a storyboard, brief a shoot, and ship assets weekly.
World-class copy instincts - Direct response meets brand voice; you can turn insight into headlines that sell.
Platform-native taste - You live on eCom Twitter, TikTok, Discord; you know what’s working now and why.
Test-and-learn mindset - Comfortable with attribution basics and reading performance to inform creative direction (without going deep on CRO).
Shopify fluent - Understand the ecosystem (apps, tools, integrations) enough to get ideas shipped fast.
Entrepreneurial & scrappy - Thrive in a scale-up: limited resources, high autonomy, big ambition.
Mission-aligned - You buy into ALUA’s vision of building intimacy and connection at scale.
