Job Title: Product Marketing Manager(中英文)
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands or Shenzhen, China

Reports To: EU Marketing Director
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the bridge between product, sales, and marketing — owning the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for our products. You’ll help define how we communicate value, drive product adoption, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and future releases in collaboration with regional teams. With them, define target markets, pricing strategies, and distribution channels. Collaborate with product managers in China, the European sales, and marketing teams in HQ and in Europe to align GTM efforts.
Positioning & Messaging:
Craft clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our brand voice. Ensure all key launch deliverables are prepared in a timely manner to enable both online and offline channels to launch simultaneously.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Use insights to guide product positioning and messaging. Visit the major tradeshows to gather market information and latest trends.
Sales Enablement:
Create sales tools, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and training sessions to help sales teams win. Conduct quarterly roadmap review with the European sales and marketing.
Content & Campaigns:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop demand generation campaigns, product collateral, web content, and customer stories.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with
Product Management
to influence the roadmap with customer feedback.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy:
Represent the product at conferences, webinars, industry events, with the press and with channel customers.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related marketing roles in IT Industry.
Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
Ability to work across multiple geographies and cultures.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment.
