Responsibilities
Help manage demand generation and sponsorship efforts outside of Paid Social and Paid Search, including sponsorships, advertorials, content syndication, and related activities. Continuously research new buys, publishers, and categories to introduce Deel, test, and iterate.
Manage campaign budgeting, analyze past programs, and report on performance KPIs.
Provide reporting across buys and proactively communicate with regional teams and cross-functional leaders to ensure visibility on all programs.
Establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management, growth, and reporting; serve as an expert on sponsorship operations at Deel.
Collaborate with local marketing managers to identify regional trends and potential partners in addition to global partners.
Educate the paid ads team, Growth team, and other regional managers on latest trends and insights to facilitate growth.
Key Qualifications
3+ years in a paid channel ownership role with B2B/SaaS experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of different buys (Reach, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.) and performance metrics (ROAS, CPSQO) and experience with demand gen publishers and operations.
Agility, flexibility, and autonomy to drive projects from conception to completion with diverse stakeholders.
Creative and analytical, with ability to test, implement, measure, and generate new ideas.
Data-driven with experience setting up dashboards and using analytics tools to track initiatives.
Active relationship builder able to collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communications.
Self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing org structures.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred
Strong cross-functional marketing experience in B2B SaaS; bonus for hyper-growth startups, HRTech, or FinTech.
Experience at a very fast-growing startup and in remote/distributed teams.
Ability to speak other languages besides English.
