What You Will Do
We are seeking a think-outside-of-the-box
National Account Manager
to partner with the leading
Dutch
retailers, and drive the growth of our brand across various channels. You will build strong partnerships with key retailers, negotiate impactful deals, and bring category-challenging ideas that strengthen Tony’s position as the #1 chocolate in the hearts and minds of Dutch customers.
All wrapped up
Grow Tony’s retail business by developing and executing customer plans across major Dutch supermarkets and Superunie members.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with buyers and category managers, acting as a challenger and value-adding partner.
Lead price and promo negotiations to deliver sustainable revenue growth and protect contribution margins.
Use category insights and data to optimize positioning and promotional strategies.
Deliver flawless execution of product launches, activations, and placements to boost visibility and penetration.
Work closely with the operations team for a flawless S&OP process and excellent case fill.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in FMCG commercial sales or key account management, ideally with Superunie or other major grocery retailers.
You are seen as an expert in crunching numbers – Excel sheets and BI tools are your day-to-day and you love translating data into actionable steps.
You thrive on finding innovative solutions – you act proactively and independently and make sound commercial decisions.
Making deals makes you tick! You are a strong negotiator and communicator, understanding the power of relationships.
Proficient in Dutch and English, and passionate about Tony’s mission to change the chocolate business for good.
We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
