Complex agenda management and preparing and planning meetings Organizing meetings, events and business travel from A to Z Supporting the management with smart planning, clear communication and a high level of overview Taking clear minutes, quickly following up on action points and keeping documents neat and accessible Analyzing work processes and actively contributing ideas to improve efficiency Profile

Organizational talent with a proactive, flexible attitude Ability to switch easily between different situations and feel at home in new environments Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar supporting role HBO work and thinking level Experience with MS Office and digital planning and meeting tools Excellent command of the Dutch language Driver’s license B and willingness to travel within the region About the company
