Overview
Line Manager, FSP 360 (sponsor dedicated) France – Syneos Health. This role is part of our Clinical Development model and focuses on delivering customer-focused service, leadership of multifunctional teams, and maintaining compliance with SOPs and GCPs. We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive customer delivery and team performance in a sponsor-dedicated FSP 360 setup.
Responsibilities
Customer Delivery and Success: Interact with customer points of contact on service delivery for their team members; develop and foster strong, collaborative relationships at a local level; promote trust and satisfaction.
Manage performance and daily activities of multifunctional team members to excel in service delivery and compliance with KPIs; develop and execute mitigation plans for non-compliance as needed.
Coordinate resource availability, resolve potential resourcing conflicts, and ensure teams are adequately resourced.
Solicit feedback from customer PoCs for continuous improvement of service delivery and customer relationships; proactively communicate and manage issues through escalation channels.
Ensure quality and adherence to SOPs/WIs and compliance with federal and local guidelines and ICH GCPs; oversee visits as required for Clinical Research Associates; manage system updates and related processes.
Business Impact: Discuss resource needs with customers to drive growth at the local account level; make data-driven decisions to positively impact unit performance; disseminate best practices across the FSP 360 operating model; drive revenue by attracting and retaining talent; place talent on projects aligned with competencies and customer requirements; participate in FSP360 account, regional management team meetings and town halls.
People Leadership: Provide line management to FSP360 team members; manage performance through formal processes (goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans); ensure training adherence and records; provide administrative oversight (HR processes, timecards, expense reports); assign project work and review workload and utilization; support professional development and succession planning; foster engagement and retention and model inclusive behaviors.
