Your Impact at Brevo
Build personalization systems that adapt our platform to each customer's unique context and needs
Optimize RAG architectures for knowledge retrieval, embedding strategies, and multi-modal data processing
Deploy ML models to production using Kubernetes and modern MLOps practices on GCP
Create intelligent targeting models for audience selection and content optimization
Monitor and measure impact of AI features, ensuring ROI and performance standards
Collaborate with product teams to identify and prototype new AI capabilities
Who you are
5+ years of Python experience in production environments
Strong experience with LLMs and RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization)
Proven track record deploying and monitoring ML models at scale
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
Ability to work with diverse data types (text, web content, structured data)

Experience with Langchain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks
