We are looking for a

Data Analyst

What You'll Do

Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that inform business strategies. Collaborate closely with departments to understand their data needs and deliver insights that align with business goals. Lead and facilitate

data forums , driving discussions around

self-service analytics

and data literacy. Act as a champion of

data democratization , helping business users unlock the value of data on their own. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings clearly and effectively. Translate technical analysis into clear, business-relevant language for stakeholders at all levels. What We're Looking For

Strong experience in

SQL

and

Python

for data analysis. Solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to explain technical insights in a business context. Experience facilitating workshops, forums, or cross-functional meetings involving data discussions. A proactive mindset with a passion for enabling others through data.
