Sales Specialist French- Relocating to Cork

Overview French Sales Specialist | Fintech | Cork

• Location: Onsite in Cork, Ireland • Salary: €32,500 gross per year + uncapped monthly commission + sign-on bonus €1,000 gross • Permanent Position

You will manage your pipeline to effectively identify all suitable prospects. You will guide these prospects through the sales cycle to achieve your sales targets and increase your bonus earnings (uncapped). In consultation with both high and low volume businesses, you will provide demonstrations on the financial products on offer and advise on the benefits.

The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels within an organization. You must be able to build relationships with all levels and understand the business-to-business buyer journey, leading short, single-stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner. We’ll provide comprehensive product training and ongoing sales coaching to support your success.

What You’ll Do

Handle leads and guide businesses through the

sales process .

Manage your own

sales pipeline

and deliver product demonstrations.

Qualify all leads and route relevant leads to dedicated teams for further support.

Consult with businesses to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.

Articulate the client value proposition and align offerings with customer objectives.

What We NEED You to Have

Fluency in English and French

Strong sales mindset with a results-driven approach

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish customer relationships and offer long-term targeted solutions

Results orientation with drive to achieve and exceed sales targets; ability to engage available resources to achieve outcomes

Interest in and capability with technology; comfortable explaining technical information and creating custom solutions (experience a plus)
