Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the store in the Motoculture sector (H/F).

Manage the store staff and provide excellent customer service.

Manage pricing and cash handling.

Oversee purchases and stock levels.

Advise customers on the technical aspect of equipment (usage guidance, assess customer needs).

Requirements

Previous experience in supervision or store management.

Skills in sales and customer service.

Ability to effectively manage a team.

Proficiency in cash handling and administrative store tasks.

Technical knowledge of motoculture mechanics and/or general mechanics (functioning and maintenance).

Your profile

Experience in a similar role or training in machinery for parks and gardens or in mechanical agricultural/automotive fields.

Good customer relations and interpersonal skills; patient, smiling and friendly; able to manage and resolve conflicts or disputes.

Pedagogical and attentive; capable of leading the store and the workshop team with leadership.

Minimum 3 years of relevant or transversal experience.

Contract and conditions

Type of contract: CDI

Working time: 35 hours per week, daytime schedule

Salary: gross monthly salary between 2000 and 2500 euros (over 12 months)
