Under the authority of the Plant Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a maintenance technician and 2 apprentices Ensuring the availability of industrial equipment Maintaining the site to guarantee production continuity Managing, supervising, and organizing preventive and corrective maintenance Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures Managing spare parts inventory and supplier orders Overseeing subcontractors and external service providers Proposing solutions to improve equipment performance and reliability Profile Graduated with a BAC or BAC+2 in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance Significant experience as an industrial maintenance technician or team leader, with a desire to advance Skills in generalist industrial maintenance: electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation You are analytical, rigorous, precise, and conscientious. You enjoy fieldwork, are operational, and eager to evolve into a managerial role. You work well in a team, are reactive, adaptable, and capable of managing emergencies and setting priorities. This position is open for a permanent contract (CDI) with daytime hours.
