With decades of experience in retail and building marketplaces, in 2019 the Ankorstore founding team created a global wholesale solution to swing the balance in favour of independents and restore retail to its natural order. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to drive the optimization and innovation of our Retailer journey to help retailers find new brands, discover new products for their shop, and create a habit of returning to Ankorstore for shopping.

Main Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the discovery process, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Feature Prioritization and Planning: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis. Define clear requirements and timelines with cross-functional teams.

User Experience Optimization: Improve onboarding, search, inspiration and discovery flow to enhance satisfaction and drive conversion. Conduct user testing and iterate on designs to deliver an intuitive experience.

Technical Collaboration: Translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate on architecture decisions and AI solutions.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the shopping experience. Analyze data to identify trends and inform product decisions.

Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings; identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders across the organization and foster collaboration.

Requirements

4-5 years of experience as Product Manager or equivalent

Experience at an e-commerce company or marketplace

Experience as a project manager, account manager or similar

Team player with strong conceptual thinking and a user-centric mindset

Willingness to dig deep to understand core problems and technical challenges

Motivation to roll up sleeves and execute

Proficiency in analyzing data; excellent written and verbal communication

Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes

Adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements

Continuous learning mindset; English proficiency
