Review Suppliers and FEL 3/EPCM documentation related to WTP for consistency and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager. Support risk assessments, HAZOPs, and constructability reviews. Monitor integration of equipment and systems into the overall plant design, ensuring interface management of WTP package with the overall Plant.

Project Execution

Prepare technical input for procurement packages under the guidance of the Project Manager. Monitor Suppliers progress (design, fabrication, FAT, delivery) and report deviations to the Project Manager. Support contract follow-up; contractual decisions remain under the Project Manager’s authority.
