Job Description

Your profile Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in higher education

Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies in France

Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, content marketing)

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making

Desirable:

Experience working in international or multi-campus educational environments

Familiarity with the private education sector and student recruitment marketing

Understanding of the higher education regulatory and competitive landscape in France

Your Responsibilities We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Marketing Team, taking care of BSBI’s France campus, on a full-time basis starting as soon as possible.

The Opportunity:

As Head of Marketing France, you will lead BSBI’s marketing strategy and execution in the French market. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, student recruitment, and local engagement in line with BSBI’s international growth objectives. Working closely with the Regional Director Marketing and other members of the Global Marketing Team, you will ensure that BSBI’s values — creative, dynamic, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial — are reflected in all marketing activities.

Your tasks:

Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for BSBI France, aligned with BSBI’s global goals

Build and strengthen BSBI’s brand presence in France across digital, social, and traditional media channels

Lead local campaign planning and execution for student recruitment, including partnerships, events, and PR

Oversee the production of localized marketing materials consistent with BSBI’s brand guidelines and tone of voice

Manage marketing performance reporting and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion

Collaborate with admissions, academic, and central marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment

Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and efficient use of resources

Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the French higher education landscape
