En tant qu’expert(e) en sinistres, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement des assurés après un dommage (incendie, dégât des eaux, etc.).Nous recherchons un **Expert de sinistres en assurance dommages aux biens - F/H,**en CDI.

Rattaché(e) au bureau de **Bordeaux**, vous êtes missionné(e) par nos clients, sociétés d'assurances et prenez en charge les missions d'expertise sinistres confiées.

**Missions principales :**

- Vous réalisez les analyses techniques du dommage, déterminez avec précision les causes et les circonstances du sinistre, puis vous mettez en forme un rapport d'expertise détaillé et intelligible, comprenant les pièces nécessaires à la complétude du dossier (Procès-Verbal, lettre d'acceptation, bail, devis...)

- Vous analysez les garanties, détecter un éventuel recours et chiffrer le dommage

- Vous êtes le garant de la satisfaction client dans le respect de la charte qualité- Vous répondez aux questions et aux sollicitations sur les dossiers en cours ou déposés dans les délais impartis\*
