is recruiting a

General Manager for Facilities Management activities in Africa . Newrest is developing its FM activities to offer a full service to our customers, focusing on hard and soft maintenance, while complying with Group standards and quality expectations. You will help local teams develop the business and aim to double sales in the next 3 years, with support from HQ. Under the supervision of the VP Zone, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance requirements, maintenance responsibilities, and care of client sites. Routine inspection of key account sites to guarantee service quality. Managing financial performance, including preparing and optimizing operating budgets and overseeing capital projects. Developing and strengthening relationships to increase lead generation and market share. Participating in tenders and bid submissions. Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Building relationships with clients, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors. Implementing the Group's strategy and providing clear vision to the operational team. Fostering an entrepreneurial growth culture within the company. Recruiting, training, coaching, and communicating company values. Providing technical support and skill development for teams. Implementing standards and processes for high-quality site management. Maintaining effective communication and positive relationships with all stakeholders. Following maintenance schedules via digital management tools. Applying experience in Facilities Management and Business Development; knowledge of the catering sector is a plus. Minimum 5 years in FM within a major international group. Possessing an engineering and global maintenance degree. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage diverse teams and nationalities. Contract:
