Senior / Principal Scientist - Drug Metabolism & Biotransformation (F/M)

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior or Principal Scientist to join our Biotransformation & Biodistribution Team within the Global DMPK Department. You will play a key role in designing, conducting, and reporting preclinical and clinical biotransformation studies, driving the successful development of drug candidates to patients. Key Responsibilities

Design and execute biotransformation studies to support drug development. Characterize metabolites using advanced analytical techniques (LC-HRMS/MS, LC-Rad). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, regulatory). Interpret and present results, ensuring scientific excellence. Mentor junior scientists and foster an innovative research culture. Contribute to publications, patents, and regulatory submissions. Profile

PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in drug metabolism/biotransformation. Proven track record in late discovery and development, including clinical samples. Expertise in enzymology, metabolic pathways, and advanced analytics. Experience with µdose/µtracer AMS studies is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Why Join Us?
