The Role

is to join our growing team as a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of design development from concept through to final product. You will work closely with the Creative Director and production team to design collections that are both commercially successful and aligned with the brand’s DNA. Key Responsibilities

Research global culture, fabrics, and silhouettes to support and inspire seasonal concepts Create mood boards, sketches, CADs, and technical drawings Develop cohesive collections across categories (ready-to-wear, [specific product types, e.g., tailoring, knitwear, denim, jersey]) Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to bring designs to life Source and select fabrics, trims, and finishes that align with brand identity and price points Attend fittings and provide feedback to refine fit and construction Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends to ensure relevance and differentiation Support in lookbook, campaign, and show preparations when required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field 2–5 years of experience in a fashion design role (luxury, premium, or contemporary market preferred) Strong illustration skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrications, and production processes Ability to balance creative vision with commercial viability Strong organizational and time management skills Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment What We Offer
