Job Description

One of Malt France\'s top performing Business Units is the BU Public Sector. We are looking for experienced Key Account Managers (KAMs) to reinforce this growth. KAMs are responsible for acquiring and nurturing long-term partnerships with large enterprise clients. This is a challenging full-stack sales role that contributes to Malt\'s commercial expansion while building high-quality client relationships.
Key responsibilities
Develop a portfolio of active clients within the BU Public Sector
Acquire, from a portfolio of prospects and clients, an understanding of freelancing trends and related challenges
Assist clients in analyzing their organizational environments and their relationship to freelancing
Demonstrate the benefits of using a platform built on an open model that federates Europe\'s leading freelancer community
Role
KAMs hold a "trusted advisor" position and establish long-term support relationships with clients
Identify new needs in advance and propose qualified responses with new expert profiles
Conduct meetings and present deliverables, including contractual follow-ups, benchmarks, and improving the customer experience
Career Development
The Sales team is organized into Business Units by industry sectors. Roles include AM, KAM, Senior KAM, Practice Leader, BU Manager, and BU Director. You can develop as an individual contributor or team leader, with opportunities to organize events, attend conferences, and participate in internal training.
About You
3 to 6 years of professional experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles for key enterprise accounts
Strong skills in consultative sales, ideally in the intellectual services ecosystem
Familiarity with France\'s Public Sector is a strong advantage
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills for C-level meetings
Business development mindset with the ability to identify and create new opportunities
Knowledge of tech environments and professions is an asset
Native-level French with professional English and ability to collaborate in an international environment
