About the Role Our client, a leading professional regulator, is searching for an experienced Corporate Commercial Law Clerk to support the Office of the General Counsel and replace their dedicated clerk who is retiring.

What you might enjoy doing This is a permanent role based in Mid-Toronto, offering a chance to contribute to high-impact legal, business, and strategic initiatives. You would be supporting governance processes, managing corporate records, maintaining intellectual property portfolios, and helping ensure regulatory compliance. You will help with the planning of the Annual General Meeting and offer legal and regulatory support to their Foundation. All within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

Who You Are

You will have 5+ years of experience as a corporate/commercial law clerk from a large firm, strong legal writing skills, and a passion for detail and organization.

You will have a Law Clerk Diploma, be technically savvy in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint and Teams, and ideally have experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
