About the role: Principal Engagement Manager

As a Principal Engagement Manager on the ProServe team, you will lead and manage

complex cloud migration and implementation projects , leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning. You will validate technical solutions against business goals, recognize when additional evaluation is needed, and manage technical risks to exceed customer expectations. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions by facilitating engineering discussions, distilling customer needs into actionable deliverables, and contributing to technical documentation standards. Working with diverse stakeholders—including C-level executives and enterprise accounts valued at $5M+ annually—you will demonstrate

client relationship management
