Interim Director of FP&A – 6 months - Toronto - TTC Accessible - 3 days in office. Base pay range CA$160,000.00/yr - CA$175,000.00/yr Salary is based on experience ranging from 160,000 – 175,000. There may be an opportunity for extension of a full-time role during or after the contract. About the Role

As the Interim Director of FP&A, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes while mentoring and developing a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful analysis and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. What You’ll Bring

Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 4+ years in people leadership Prior experience in the service-based sector is an asset Highly analytical with a proven ability to analyze and summarize large data sets and identify key insights Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) is an asset Expertise in building detailed financial models and creating compelling executive-level presentations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to executives and stakeholders Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a willingness to work beyond regular hours during peak periods Apply today to join us as Interim Director of FP&A. ljackson@optionscs.com Salary is based on experience ranging from 160,000 – 175,000 Responsibilities
