Senior Product Marketing Manager
to lead go-to-market efforts for QNX’s
embedded software portfolio
in the
Defense sector . This role requires a strong foundation in
embedded systems and software , combined with proven
product marketing expertise
and accomplished knowledge of the
defense domain —including customer pain points, compliance challenges, emerging technology trends, and the broader industry ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and content that resonate with both technical and business audiences, while supporting sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Lead strategic positioning and GTM execution for QNX products in Defense sector.
Develop defense-specific messaging and value propositions that address operational needs, regulatory requirements (e.g., DO-178C, MIL-STD), and market trends.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to align on product strategy and ensure consistent messaging that reflects the needs and expectations of defense-focused customers and partners.
Create high-impact content including presentations, brochures, blogs, white papers, and sales tools tailored to defense stakeholders.
Support sales enablement by delivering training, collateral, and insights that help teams communicate value effectively.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and identify growth opportunities.
Track content utilization and impact, ensuring materials are adopted and used effectively by sales and field teams.
Contribute to product launches and campaigns, ensuring alignment with defense-specific GTM strategies.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant defense regulations and export control requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in product marketing, content marketing or GTM strategy within embedded systems, or software.
Strong understanding of the Defense sector, including procurement cycles, compliance standards, and mission-critical systems.
Familiarity with regulatory environments such as DO-178C, MIL-STD, ITAR, and NATO standards.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Experience working cross-functionally with global teams, including sales, engineering, product management, and executive leadership.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
A technical or engineering background is highly desirable.
Security clearance or eligibility for clearance may be required depending on project scope.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
