Set company goals and KPIs, tracking performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Lead client acquisition efforts and build strong relationships with decision-makers. Identify and pursue consultancy opportunities in IT, AI, and digital transformation. Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and industry associations to enhance service offerings. Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring profitability and responsible spending. Monitor revenue streams and identify growth opportunities while managing costs. Direct investments in technology, infrastructure, and human capital to support business expansion. Ensure timely and successful delivery of all projects, managing teams effectively. Maintain high standards of service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations. Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Recruit, mentor, and lead senior management, ensuring the right talent is in place. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment. Identify and mitigate business risks, including market, operational, and legal challenges. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all company operations. Develop the firm’s brand, positioning it as a leader within the sector. Act as the public face of the company, engaging with media, industry events, and stakeholders. Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time. The language of work: English. Wage: $60.00 per hour with possible bonuses based on performance. Education
