In this high-impact role, you’ll set a strategic vision and lead a results-driven global sales organization. This senior role will oversee regional sales teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific, driving growth of both capital equipment and subscription-based software products. The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales executive with a strong background in industrial technology, mining solutions, and recurring revenue models. Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute a global sales strategy aligned with Weir Motion Metrics’ growth objectives. Lead and mentor regional sales leaders and their teams worldwide. Partner with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering to align go-to-market efforts. Accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by transitioning to a subscription-based SaaS model. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth:

Drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across hardware and software product lines. Develop and manage forecasts, pipeline, and performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded. Lead complex enterprise sales negotiations with mining companies and strategic partners. Team Development & Performance Management:

Recruit, train, and coach sales talent; foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and KPIs for global consistency and efficiency. Coach and develop a global sales team through a philosophical and operational transformation. Customer Engagement & Market Insight:

Maintain executive relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs in the mining technology sector. Champion a value-focused selling approach over cost-plus, helping customers understand the impact of solutions they may not yet know they need. Safety First:

Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of a world-class safety culture. Qualifications

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Must have a proven history of success leading multi-regional sales teams within related industries such as industrial SaaS technology and mining or related industry. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to achieve the objectives above. Strong understanding of solution-based selling, subscription-based software and SaaS go-to-market strategies. Expertise in coaching teams to adopt value-driven sales methodologies. Knowledge of how to be agile in fast-paced and high-growth environments, with the ability to navigate rapid changes. Ability to lead across cultures with a collaboration mindset and a strong philosophy in building partnerships with cross-functional teams to achieve the greatest success. Must be willing to travel internationally 25-40% of the time. About the Company

Base Compensation: CAD 195,000 – CAD 260,000. Weir is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by factors including job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, education or training, and location. Salary range may vary by location.
