Principal DevOps Engineer

Overview

Manager, Talent Services at Motion Recruitment— DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud across the Atlanta Metro, the GTA, and North America Responsibilities

Define the future of infrastructure automation at scale and lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide CI/CD frameworks that span on-premises and multi-cloud environments. Create a standard, secure, and reusable pipeline model adopted by development teams across the organization. Mentor engineers, set technical standards, and align architecture decisions with long-term business and compliance objectives. Design systems that ensure seamless, secure, and resilient software delivery in a fast-moving financial technology environment. Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record in architecting, scaling, and governing CI/CD pipelines across multiple products and teams Deep expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in production-grade, enterprise deployments Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Packer, and able to set standards for their use across teams Desired Skills & Experience

Familiarity with build and artifact management ecosystems (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab, CircleCI, Artifactory, SonarQube, Coverity) Strong grounding in containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose Understanding of observability, monitoring, and compliance frameworks used in financial services Daily Responsibilities
