Are you excited about building software solutions around large, complex Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems? This role is part of AWS Professional Services (ProServe) and involves Delivery consulting to design, implement, and manage AI/ML and GenAI solutions on AWS for clients, guiding them through cloud adoption and project lifecycle best practices. As Delivery Consultant, you will architect, implement and operate AI/ML/GenAI solutions, collaborating with clients to meet technical requirements and business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, gather requirements, assess infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS, ensuring security, performance, and risk management throughout projects. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that helps customers realize business outcomes with AWS Cloud, collaborating with client teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud initiatives. We offer a range of services and practices to support enterprise cloud adoption across industries. Key responsibilities

End-to-end AI/ML and GenAI project delivery: understand business needs, prepare data, develop models, deploy and monitor solutions. Design and implement ML pipelines for high-performance, reliable, scalable, and secure workloads. Architect scalable ML solutions and ML Operations (MLOps) using AWS services, leveraging GenAI where relevant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, analyze, and operationalize data and AI/ML models. Provide strategic guidance to clients on cloud architectures and AI/ML/GenAI solutions as a trusted advisor. Share knowledge and best practices within the organization through mentoring, training, and reusable artifacts. Ensure compliance with industry standards and support clients in advancing their AI/ML, GenAI and cloud adoption strategies. Note: This is a customer-facing role with potential travel to client sites as needed. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation 5+ years in data, software, or ML engineering with distributed computing experience 3+ years developing platforms for predictive modeling, NLP, and deep learning, with experience deploying models on cloud services (e.g., SageMaker) 3+ years with SQL, Python, and at least one other language; proficient with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Fluent in French and English if located in Quebec Travel or collaboration with teams across Canada may require bilingualism in French and English if located in Quebec Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, ECS, EKS, OpenSearch, Step Functions, VPC, CloudFormation) and AWS certifications (Professional level) Experience with automation/scripting (Terraform, Python) Knowledge of security/compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR) Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences Experience building ML pipelines with MLOps best practices (data preprocessing, model hosting, feature selection, hyperparameter tuning, distributed and GPU training, deployment, monitoring, retraining) Experience with MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kubeflow) and orchestration tools (Airflow, AWS Step Functions); experience building applications using Generative AI tools (LLMs, vector stores, LangChain) and prompt engineering; experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform), containers, and CI/CD Compassionate note: Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on protected status.
