Join Sage as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sage X3, defining and delivering positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Sage’s ERP solution in the manufacturing and distribution industries. This global role focuses on the U.S. market, translating product capabilities into clear, differentiated stories, guiding launch and growth plans, and enabling sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and growth. Key Responsibilities

Define Sage X3’s positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market messaging for manufacturing and distribution. Build and manage product launch plans aligned with business and revenue goals, ensuring ongoing market relevance and pipeline growth. Partner with Product Management to translate product functionality and benefits into clear, differentiated messaging. Develop pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth, retention, and long-term profitability. Support the launch and growth of complementary Sage solutions. Create impactful presentations and sales training materials to equip sales teams and communicate Sage X3’s value to internal and external audiences. Collaborate with regional marketing teams on industry-specific campaigns that drive awareness and demand. Act as an ambassador for Sage X3 in the market, contributing to thought leadership and building relationships with partners and industry stakeholders. Requirements

5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management. Background in ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, or SaaS software. Strong ability to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex products. Experience developing pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability. Skilled at creating clear, compelling presentations and sales enablement materials. Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and large audiences. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams. Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives and tight deadlines. Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning. Benefits
