Overview
As an
Account Director , you’ll lead integrated client teams to develop and deliver bold, insight-driven programs. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, balancing strategic counsel with flawless execution, and driving creative thinking that earns attention and results.
You’ll also play a leadership role within MSL - shaping how we plan, pitch, and grow. You’re a strong collaborator who can connect creative, media, and influencer strategies to business outcomes, and you know how to inspire teams to deliver their best work.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day client relationships, providing senior counsel and ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets, and KPIs
Oversee the development of integrated communications plans across earned, influencer, and digital channels
Partner with creative, strategy, and media teams to bring ideas to life across the full PESO ecosystem
Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions that produce culturally relevant, talkable ideas
Guide and mentor a team of talented practitioners - fostering growth, accountability, and creativity
Contribute to agency growth through strategic planning, pitching, and presentation excellence
Provide input into annual budgets and oversee forecasting, and account profitability
Uphold MSL’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
8–12 years of progressive experience in public relations, communications, or integrated marketing
Proven expertise in creative strategy & planning
Deep experience in influencer, social, and earned media integration
Strong creative instincts paired with disciplined strategic thinking
Skilled at leading large accounts, managing complex programs, and inspiring teams
Financially astute with a track record of managing budgets and delivering results
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and adaptable — thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
