You bring a clear, analytical mindset to solving real user problems and are deeply collaborative with design and engineering. You have experience in B2C SaaS or Product led companies, with startup to midsize experience. About Our Client

Our client is a high-growth SaaS, backed by leading investors, yet profitable on their own, driven by a mission to empower individuals to work independently. They’ve experienced rapid scaling and now generate strong annual revenues with a small, high-performing team. The company’s leadership encourages ownership, creativity, and innovation at every level, creating a culture where top talent can directly influence growth and product direction. Responsibilities

Define and drive the product strategy for the company’s core platform, ensuring alignment with growth and user engagement goals. Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver impactful product releases on time and at high quality. Analyze performance metrics such as activation, retention, and user growth to identify opportunities and optimize key funnels. Translate complex user and business needs into simple, effective solutions that enhance customer experience. Operate with high autonomy and accountability, reporting directly to the founders and shaping the company’s product vision. Qualifications

Proven success in driving measurable impact across growth, retention, or activation metrics. Strong analytical ability, with familiarity in Excel, SQL, or similar tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is an asset. Technical acumen and comfort discussing tradeoffs with engineering teams. Must have ownership over a SaaS product, preferably within a startup or mid-size company. Compensation
